Mobile asphalt mixing plant Type MBA

Mobile asphalt mixing plants of type MBA in the capacity classes from 100 to 240 t/h feature low installation and disassembly times, predestined for sites with limited time frames and for regions without extensive plant availability.

Asphalt mixing plants in container design Type ECO

This plant is characterised by a high level of mobility and therefore optimum flexibility. It is suitable for stationary operation but can also handle fast site changes without problems. The main criterion of the ECO asphalt mixing plants is the design of the main components in standard container dimensions (20 / 40 foot), allowing simple transport via lorry, ship or railway.

Transportable asphalt mixing plants Type TBA

Mobile screens are suitable for use wherever high outputs are required and where difficult to screen material has to be separated. The range of benninghoven tracked screens extends from 7 – 18.4 m² screening area.

The mobile granulator MBRG 2000 gently separates reclaimed asphalt into its individual components without destroying the original grain structure. In combination with an asphalt mixing plant, this creates new traffic arteries consisting of over 90% “old road surfaces”.
